Traffic barrier caps 2011
April 10th: the caps are installed! They are on 9th Street SW between 5th and 6th Avenues, next to the light rail transit tracks. Many thanks to all the participants and my crew, The Happy Hookers! We had 19 participants and 39 caps. By Wednesday, April 13th there were only 10 caps left, and by Sunday the 17th they were all gone…
