I wish we could say we broke into the Creative Kids Museum to yarnbomb one of their lovely trees, but we were invited! Many thanks to Evelyn Read – we really enjoyed working with you and can’t wait to see how the visitors react to our yarnbomb! Evelyn had already hung the balls of yarn and had collected knitted and crocheted pieces from the public. We added our own and put it all together to create a piece that covered the whole trunk. The tree is intended to be added to and adapted by the kids using the space. The VIP opening is Oct. 22 and the general public opening Oct. 29.
